Dear reader
It is four years since I wrote ‘Bespoke’ the definitive book on British furniture makers. It is now my ambition to create a similarly definitive book on the world’s finest wood sculptors.
Initially I intend to amass a huge website comprising of the work of carvers from every country I can establish contact with.
From this treasure trove of pictures, I will, aided by the expertise of top carvers, select the finest pieces of wood sculpture in the world and compile them into a book.
