These pieces are finished or in the process of being carved in preparation for Ian's exhibition in 2011.
This week (1st week in May 2011) Ian has accepted a major commission which will delay the exhibition until 2012.

PARADISE OF FOOLS

Because of the enormous comittment in producing enough work for a one man show, this may be Ian's last major exhibition.

After several years of selling work 'straight from the bench' his stock of work has run down to zero.

However he is determined to collect a body of work together for the autumn of 2012.

 The title 'Paradise of Fools' reflects Ian's interpretation on the history of folly from the days of creation, through ancient mythology and folklore, to the perverse foolishness of 21st century 'enlightened' mankind - we never learn!
