THE MASTERCLASS

The subject of a book ‘The Art of Ian Norbury’, Ian’s work is renowned and collected all over the world.  He has written 8 books on woodcarving and produced 5 teaching dvds; and having taught all over the world he is eminently qualified to hold these rare masterclasses. 

Ian’s studio is equipped as one would expect a mastercraftsman’s studio with all the very best tools and equipment that knowledge and experience have shown are necessary to work properly and efficiently.

You will work side by side with Ian, sharing these tools and equipment and being continuously guided with your project. 

Before you attend the Masterclass Ian will discuss with you exactly what it is you would like to do and your time in his studio will be geared to this objective.

Classes will be from Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6 pm with a break for lunch, morning coffee and afternoon tea, which will all be provided. No beginners will be taken.
